Capitol TwinPeaks, the flagship venture of the Sanken Group, is located on the Beira lakefront in Colombo 2. Overlooking spectacular views of the cityscape, Beira Lake, Indian Ocean, and Lotus Tower, the apartments appeal to the new lifestyle trend of luxury condominium living amongst young couples and expatriates, who desire to make a lifestyle statement.
Our team was asked to help Capitol Developers design a website that appeals to these customers while staying true to the premium Capitol brand.

Capitol TwinPeaks is one of four giant real estate projects coming up along the lake, which will completely transform the area into the premier address in Colombo and a preferred lifestyle destination.
We carried this emphasis on the future transformation of the location throughout the website, showcasing its proximity to prestigious shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and all other conveniences.

With over 15,000 square feet of common area facilities and recreational space and over 25,000 square feet of commercial facilities and space, we made sure to showcase how Capital Twinpeaks was uniquely designed to perfectly complement a cosmopolitan city lifestyle.
