Growth Hacking Internship

Sprig is a collective of premium marketing talent that has helped some of Sri Lanka's most iconic companies design and grow amazing products and services.Sprig's Growth Marketing team is looking to hire an intern for Growth Hacking & Digital marketing.

Growth Marketing is a data-driven approach for digital marketing that uses the fundamentals of Growth Hacking.

The internship will be a paid internship that will be extended to a period of three months. We will be training you on Growth Marketing while being on real-time projects. By successfully finishing the internship you can be a part of Sprig's Growth Team

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain analytics and advertisement tools of client accounts
  • Understanding Data from different digital accounts of clients
  • Facilitate Growth Workshops and other workshops for clients
  • Manage digital media accounts of clients
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation & retention campaigns based on insights
  • Analyse digital advertising costs and returns
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within digital spaces
  • Assisting the team on website engagements

What you need

  • A passion for great design and the pursuit of excellent work
  • Superb communication and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media and other digital platforms
  • Previous experience or any digital certificates from Hubspot Inbound Course will be an added advantage
  • The candidate must be willing to learn, adapt and take on new challenges

How it works

  • 40hrs+ per week (with the ability to meet occasionally)
  • Our account managers manage client feedback, budgets, and workflow
  • After the completion of your 3 month internship period, you could be promoted as a permanent employee upon a performance evaluation
