UX Designer

Sprig seeks a design enthusiastic UX designer. A part researcher, part designer role. This is a multi-disciplinary role, incorporating visual design, consumer research, and more.

The role is an internship position for assisting the design team at Sprig help clients fulfil business objectives.

This is a full-time remote internship, 40hrs per week.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
  • Brainstorm and design concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences that solve business problems
  • Design and maintain concepts, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, UXPin, Framer, etc
  • Translate user behaviour and research into actionable data
  • Rapid design and testing methodology
  • Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to team members and clients

What you need

  • A passion for great design and the pursuit of excellent work
  • Superb communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, UXPin, Framer, etc
  • Understanding of design thinking
  • A portfolio of projects you have worked on

How it works

  • 40hrs+ per week (with the ability to meet occasionally)
  • Our account managers manage client feedback, budgets, and workflow
  • After the completion of your 3 month internship period, you could be promoted as a permanent employee upon a performance evaluation
